In 1921, Swiss psychoanalyst Hermann Rorschach created a projective test based on 10 inkblot plates, from which psychoanalysts drew conclusions about the psyche of the subject for decades. Today, it is known that the Rorschach Test's effectiveness is close to Cold Reading. We interpret a photographic image based on our experience, the culture we function in, and its iconography. Given the knowledge of the "stolen" fragment of reality by the photographer and the techniques used by them, one could conduct an experiment. What do you see? What feelings does it evoke in you? How many elements do you see? Is it more like a butterfly or a bat?
Cold reading (according to Wikipedia): a set of techniques used by illusionists and fortune tellers to determine and provide detailed information about others, often to convince them that the reader knows much more about them than they actually do.
